Where Do We Deliver?
We deliver all over India with our trusted courier services.
We request you to provide your full address at the time of order with the Zip Code and Phone number to make the delivery process smooth & efficient.
We ship to most countries overseas.
The shipping rates are dynamic. The more products you order the lower the shipping cost per product.
Shipping In India
We offer free shipping for purchases above ₹25,000 within India.
Transit Time
We ship all orders through the fastest possible & reputed courier services which deliver within 4-7 working days(post dispatch) or more depending on the location. These dates are not binding on us as a third party provides the service.
For shipping overseas, the delivery time may vary from 10-12 working days (post dispatch) depending on the destination. We cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays from the carrier’s end.
Dispatch usually takes 1 to 2 working days.
Express Delivery is available to selected places within Chennai and the charges may be higher than normal rates.
Local customers are welcome to collect the goods via available pickup & drop services like Dunzo, Swiggy etc., at their expense. However, Rangachari will not deliver via local pick-up and drop services.
Delivery Customisation
If you require delivery on any particular date, please write to us. We will try our best to deliver on the requested date.
Transit & Charges
We will provide you with the tracking number as soon as the goods are dispatched. The Entire order will be shipped once all the products are available. Any inward taxes or duties as applicable in line with the laws of the respective country or state will have to be borne by the customer.
Return Of Shipments
The right to accept returns is solely the decision of Rangachari. In case returns are made by customers where there has been no fault on the part of Rangachari, the entire shipping cost must be borne by customers. Sarees thus returned must be unused and should be in original condition and packaging with the price tag intact.
Also, courier services of international standards must be used and the liability rests entirely on the sender in the event of the loss of product while shipping the product back.
Returns should be initiated within 1 week of receiving the product(s).
In the case of any mistake on the side of Rangachari, the return shipping costs will be borne by Rangachari.
Conditions:
In the case of extraordinary circumstances, Rangachari cannot guarantee delivery of orders in the promised period. Management reserves the right to take a call on the necessary action.
